Catherine Allen is the founder of the Allen Impact Group, a consulting, coaching and training company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations think and play bigger to achieve real impact in what they do. After over 20 years of working with industry, government and non-profit organizations to address both the process and human behavioral aspects of performance and organizational effectiveness, Catherine now specializes in helping leaders shift organizational culture and performance through tapping into employee motivation and drive.

Catherine also offers Bigger Game workshops to high school groups to give students an easy tool to help them tap into their compelling purpose and take the actions that lead to achieving their goals and dreams.
A sought after facilitator, trainer, executive coach and speaker, Catherine holds an M.S. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. She holds professional coaching certifications from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). Catherine lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her family.
