Eisaku Tsumura has a Ph.D in Organizational Psychology and is an accomplished HR consultant/trainer and a certified professional coach, PCC, CPCC. He has been conducting consulting, trainings and workshops in the area of Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Cultural Change and Diversity Management for over 200 major companies. He has also been providing professional coach training to over 1000 individuals through CTI-Japan as a senior leader. He is a leader in the coaching community, presenting coaching application in management at Keio City Campus and other academic organizations. He became interested in “The Bigger Game” as an innovative and effective training method for both organizations and individuals. As a Bigger Game Certified Trainer, he has recently established the Bigger Game Japan and has translated the Bigger Game materials to Japanese. Eisaku delivers the Bigger Game throughout Japan to both organizations and public audiences.
